Pleasing the King
We are very fortunate that under the new covenant God chose to reveal his secrets to us. He chose us that we might have an intimate relationship with Him. People under the Old covenant had to deal with God through the Law. He told people what to do and what not to do, and the consequences of our obedience and disobedience. But under the New Covenant there is no list of do’s and don’ts. We deal with God through a personal relationship.
